RMA Terms


Thank you for choosing PELADN products. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you need to return a product, please review the following RMA process carefully.

RMA Eligibility

To be eligible for an RMA, the product must be within the warranty period and be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging materials included. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or modifications are not eligible for RMA.

RMA Request

To request an RMA, please contact the store you purchased the GPU and provide the following information:

The store name and order no. pictures or video about the GPU, the description about the problem to reference

Product Return

After receiving our RMA number and return instructions, please pack the product securely and ship it back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to PELADN.

Product Evaluation

Once we receive the returned product, our team will evaluate it to determine whether it meets the RMA eligibility criteria. If the product is found to be eligible for RMA, we will repair or replace the product or provide a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the customer's preference.

RMA Completion

After the RMA process is completed, we will notice you of the outcome and the next steps. If a repair or replacement is needed, we will ship the repaired or replaced product back to you at no additional cost. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5-7 days and credited back to the original form of payment.
